Grown in the serene highlands of Doi Chaang, Chiang Rai, this batch showcases the country’s evolving craft in specialty coffee. Processed with a double anaerobic method, the beans develop remarkable clarity, high sweetness, and a vibrant acidity that brings brightness and liveliness to the cup. Each sip unfolds with the fragrance of orange blossom and jasmine tea, followed by gentle notes of honey and honey-scented black tea. The light roast highlights its floral brightness and silky, tea-like body, creating a clean and soothing cup that lingers gracefully on the palate.
