Grown at Ethiopia Sidamo Bensa Kokose's highlands, this lot using low‑temperature carbonic maceration natural processing which enhances sweetness and floral depth while preserving bright clarity. The cup opens with a familiar Chinese flavour of osmanthus honey date cake, followed by lively lemon peel and blueberry notes. As it cools, a refined black tea finish emerges. Each sip journeys from radiant sweetness to delicate structure — an elegant expression of Ethiopia’s terroir and modern processing craft.
