Finca Milan is renowned for its mastery in coffee bean culturing, blending precision and creativity in every stage of post-harvest processing. Its Toffee Culturing method applies a refined microbial fermentation using special microbes and fruit-based sugars to mimic a “toffee caramelization” reaction under anaerobic or controlled oxygen conditions, enriching the cup with enhanced sweetness and creamy texture. This lot unfolds with notes of Chinese banana roll and bright pineapple, leading into layers of luscious toffee and silky chocolate, and finishing with a lingering, velvety caramel smoothness.
