This Ethiopian Sidama Bensa coffee was grown at 2300 masl and underwent natural processing. It presents a more subtle yet elegant expression of Sidama’s terroir. The cup opens with nectarine sweetness and delicate chamomile florals, before revealing layers of blackcurrant brightness and candied lemon zest. Its refined fruit-tea finish lingers with clarity and poise. Produced by Alo Coffee, founded by Tamiru and his wife Messi, this lot reflects their mission to showcase Sidama’s finest coffees while empowering local farming communities through fair collaboration and community development.
